Services for Professionals
Supervision

Supervision for therapists, trainees, and support staff
Clinical supervision provides structured space where mental health professionals develop clinical competence, maintain ethical practice, and process the emotional demands of therapeutic work. The Health and Care Professions Council requires registered practitioners to engage in regular supervision as part of continuing professional development. Supervision serves multiple functions simultaneously: it develops clinical skills, ensures adherence to professional standards, and provides support for practitioners managing the psychological impact of their work.
