Our Story
Real change happens when people feel safe enough to acknowledge what they do not yet know.
I established Alliance Clinical Consulting in 2025. Arising out of a drive to be truly useful I drew together trusted colleagues from across the professional spectrum to work with me to make a positive contribution to people’s lives. My experience working clinically with individuals navigating trauma, and leading academic teams through organisational change revealed a consistent pattern: people grow when it is safe to be vulnerable. A person recovering from trauma needs space to acknowledge the extent of their injury, and the right support to start growing again. A leadership team pursuing cultural change needs permission to see relational dynamics, recognise where the organisation has caused hurt, and the right culture to create a healthy workplace. The foundation remains the same: psychological safety enables growth.
Values
The valued that matter most to me are part of the culture supporting the growing team at Alliance Clinical Consulting Ltd.
- Ethics: Principles of integrity, competence, responsibility, and respect underpin every decision made.
- Relationships Matter: Growth happens within relationships where vulnerability meets acceptance.
- Curious Creativity: When standard approaches prove insufficient, methods are adapted to fit the situation whilst maintaining evidence-based practice.
Purpose
Alliance Clinical Consulting supports growth across three areas: individual wellbeing, professional practice, and organisational effectiveness. The psychological principles enabling individual recovery apply equally to how teams and organisations develop.
- Individuals receive evidence-based psychological interventions for trauma, anxiety, depression, and autism assessment. Space for people to understand their experiences, develop effective responses, and work towards their goals is important.
- Healthcare professionals receive clinical supervision supporting competent, ethical practice whilst preventing burnout. Through reflective dialogue, clinicians develop therapeutic capabilities, navigate complex situations, and build sustainable practice patterns.
Privacy & Ethics
Confidentiality and discretion are at the forefront, putting a focus on safeguarding client privacy and maintaining trust in every therapeutic relationship.
Alliance Clinical Consulting exists to help people grow by supporting individuals to change, professionals to develop, and organisations to build healthy workplace cultures.
