Can I upgrade to a higher therapy package mid-way through?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier therapy package at any time. We credit your current package cost against the higher tier. You simply pay the difference to upgrade and continue with expanded support.
What if I need more sessions than are included in my plan?
The Transformation package includes a 3-month follow-up session for relapse prevention. If ongoing psychological work is needed beyond the package, we can discuss either additional single therapy sessions (£130/hour with Chartered Psychologist) or design a new bespoke therapy package tailored to your remaining psychological goals.
Do you work with specific mental health issues only?
These goal-focused therapy packages address any personal goal appropriate for brief psychological work and evidence-based therapy. Suitable for: anxiety disorders, mild-moderate depression, confidence issues, relationship problems, career transitions, trauma recovery (EMDR), perfectionism, self-worth issues. Yes. All therapy packages are available as secure online therapy throughout the United Kingdom via video consultation (Zoom). Online therapy is as effective as face-to-face therapy for most presenting issues and offers greater flexibility for busy professionals. Face-to-face therapy is also available in Birmingham and London for those who prefer in-person psychological support.
Is therapy covered by insurance or can I claim on private medical insurance?
Many private medical insurance policies cover psychological therapy with HCPC Registered Psychologists. We can provide detailed invoices and therapy reports for insurance claims. However, most clients self-fund these goal-focused therapy packages as they offer value over traditional pay-per-session therapy. You will need to confirm with your insurer if they will fund a structured package delivered in this way.
